  I am a local regular but sick of their attitude and stop going there, you never know what else they may do to petrol to make more money, these ppl at the petrol station has no moral and greedy.
  
  My llast straw was one of their vacuum at the wash bay worked only around 50% suction unusable, I informed them and asked them to put an out of order note preventing other user wasting money, asked them to investigate and give me a refund $2 because I had to use another machine next to it. well she gave me a dirty look and said in Indian accent they won't investigate because it is in order, won't put out of order and won't get a refund almost accusing me of lying, no wonder I saw that machine has hit marks and they never fix it still collecting money with a broken machine, rang their complain number left a message never get a call back. The Indian has a reputation, hear far too many bad experiences stay away!., I have plenty myself in the area.

  I bought a United petroleum SOCCER BALL. 2 days later the stitching came undone and the bladder was exposed. I took it back where I was told it couldn't be returned, which under Australia consumer law I have every right to refund or exchange. After a brief discussion he exchanged it. THE FOLLOWING DAY I WAS BACK THERE AND SAW THE SOCCER BALL ON THE SHELF 4 SALE, STILL WITH THE STICHES RIPPED OUT. POOR BUSSINESS ETHICS.
